Slightly misleading title, as there isn’t in fact a Featured Artist this month as nobody submitted one    or maybe it’s just that no-one had a masterpiece that they wanted to share, or perhaps the young artists out there are just shy.  So this month, I am including a slide show of the artwork that’s been uploaded to the Artful Kids Flickr Group, so that you can see the sheer variety, and perhaps encourage a few more contributions.  As an added incentive, for the next 3 months, each chosen Featured Artist will also receive their very own mug with their artwork printed on it, courtesy of Foto.com.  You will also of course get a link straight back to your blog (or other website if you don’t  have a blog).

All you have to remember is that all submissions should be of 2-dimensional artwork rather than crafts, and that the artist should be under 12 years old.
