Artful Kids reserves the right to remove a listing at any time for the following reasons:

a) The links provided lead to inappropriate, misleading or poor quality material – the definition of what is considered inappropriate, misleading or poor quality is entirely down to our judgement. Artful Kids are not required to give any explanation as to why a site or link is considered unsuitable for our website.

b) The links provided are broken, or do not work properly. Listings will be removed if after having informed the advertiser, we discover that the links are still faulty after a 2 week period of time has elapsed.

Artful Kids will endeavour to keep the Directory available and active at all times, but cannot be held responsible for temporary service outages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

By purchasing a listing or listings in the Directory, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use our site to purchase our products or services.
If you have purchased a subscription package please be aware that once the initial 90 day period has elapsed, your subscription will automatically renew for a further 90 days at the discounted price, and will continue to do so until cancelled.
If you cancel a subscription package, your listing will remain on the site until the end of the 90 day period unless you specifically request otherwise (see below).
No refunds can be made for approved listings once they are live on the site, though subscriptions can be cancelled as described above.
Registration to the site is solely for the purpose of businesses who wish to purchase and add a listing to the Directory.
